I always dreamed of opening my own coffee shop. So I became a barista to study coffee. Soon after I found myself working at Starbucks to learn more about the business aspect. However, during the pandemic I thought it was the end of retail and decided to pursue a different kind of opportunity that allowed me to explore the creation and enhancement of the customer experience.
I have 5 years of experience in customer experience for retail industry. This experience taught me to think in user-centric ways by identifying customer needs, solve problems, and enhance satisfaction which became the foundation and core of my UX design journey.
My primary interest lies in the finance and healthtech sector and accessibility design, where my passion is fueled by a personal connection as a patient. I find my greatest motivation in contributing to the health and well-being of patients, making a meaningful impact both for others and myself within this field.
